Our Landscape Maintenance Services Include:
Shrub and Hedge Trimming
- Pruning of all specified plant material
- Removal of clippings from landscape beds by raking or blowing
Landscape Bed and Weed Control
- Application of pre-emergence weed killers (as requested)
- Mechanical removal of all weeds and unwanted plant material from bed areas
Mulch Installation
- Mulch installed to all existing bed areas with type and color as specified by the client
- Mulch thickness will be agreed upon prior to installation (2 inches recommended)
- Pre-adjustment will reflect any changes
Spring Clean-Up
- All leaves, sticks, paper, and other debris will be removed from all landscape beds
- The lawn will be vacuumed and cut
- All annuals will be removed from landscape beds
- Perennials will be cut back to necessary heights
Fall Clean-Up
- All leaves, sticks, paper, and other debris will be removed from all landscape beds
- The lawn will be vacuumed and cut
- All annuals will be removed from landscape beds
- Perennials will be cut back to necessary heights
Tear Out / Installation of Landscape
- The tear out of specified landscape areas will be conducted with the proper equipment
- Waste materials will be properly hauled from the property
- Landscapes will be installed, including grading, mulch or rock installation, boulder installation, plant installation, edging, and any other specified services
Turf / Sod Installation and Re-Seeding
- The area will be graded properly in preparation for sod, turf, or seed
- The seed will be covered with proper materials to ensure success
Thatching
- Completed with a power rake
- Thatch is vacuumed and removed from the property
